Joseph's first interview after the transplant.
It's hard to believe that a week ago today we were all sitting in a waiting room anxiously awaiting the good news that Joseph's new lungs were in and working great!! The past week has definitely been a whirlwind of emotions for us all, but seeing Joseph today and how well he is doing is such an amazing testimony of God's faithfulness and goodness in our lives! God has been SO good to us!!
This video blog was recorded last night. We are just so thankful for all of the prayers and support we have received from all of our wonderful family and friends! Some of the most precious gifts we have received have come from those of you that we have yet to meet. We are just so touched that so many people have given to help Joseph and yet have never met him! One of the most amazing gifts we received recently was from Luella Baptist Church in Locust Grove, GA. They blessed us with over $11,000!!! This church is very small with about 50 members, and most of them have never met Joseph, and yet they have given SO GENEROUSLY to help him!! We are just blown away!!! We pray that God multiplies his blessings back to this church a hundred-fold and that they are given many more oppotunities to bless God's people and more importantly to bring many more people into the Kingdom of God!! Words cannot express the gratitude we feel right now!!
Thank you again to ALL of you who have supported us financially and especially with your prayers over the past couple of months!! We are just so thankful that God has placed so many wonderful people in our lives! We are truly blessed!! Please continue to pray for Joseph as he continues to recover. Pray against infection and rejection specifically and that he will get to come home soon! :)

Our church has been praying for you ever since i met you We pray for you at work .My daughter and i pray for you every morning on the way to school and work and will continue to do so. Hang in there Buddy GOD's gonna bring you through this . you are such an awesome testimony. Meals on Wheels was blessed to have you as a volunteer. We all love you and are praying for you always.
